The Division of Marine Resources (DMR) controls
what and where boat slips can be built.
Boat
slips are allowed on lots 55 to 62 and lots 36 to 40.
At present only one boat slip has been built Destiny and it is on lot 39, on the
island.
All the allowed boat slips lots are on the island.
